Driven by a commitment to empower and elevate, and fueled by the belief that skill knows no gender, AE Victory Racing provides female drivers with the seats, support, and spotlight they deserve.

In a world where the stakes are traditionally set by men, this woman-owned team is about so much more than racing. It is a movement - driven by the desire to inspire women, amplify the impossible, defy the obstacles, and do it all with grace, grit, and gusto.

We’re not just about crossing the finish line first (although we’re also doing that). We’re about setting a standard, creating a legacy, and igniting a fire in the hearts of future drivers.
